Interior Design Services
New Construction. We collaborate with architects and builders from the earliest stages, shaping interiors alongside the architectural design so space, material, light, and furnishings evolve as a unified whole.
Residential Renovations. Whether a house has been altered beyond recognition or has simply lost its way through time, we reimagine the interior architecture, material palette, and furnishings to restore clarity, coherence, and a renewed sense of place.
Furnishings. For homes that do not require construction, we specify and source the interior — furniture, lighting, textiles, millwork, and custom elements — creating environments that feel more complete, considered, and enduring. Projects may encompass a full home or a focused scope of two rooms or more.

John Maloney McNamara
Principal Designer
John is an interior designer based in Las Vegas whose practice centers on creating interiors shaped by composition, atmosphere, and a strong sense of place.
That foundation was shaped by growing up in the Southwest and by summers spent with his grandmother, an interior designer whose home overlooked the Coosa River. The house became an early source of inspiration and, years later, the namesake of the studio.
The American Southwest and Mexican Modernism continue to shape how he thinks about a home: how light moves through it, how materials age, and how architecture can feel both restrained and deeply personal.
As a former senior creative director at Target, John led multi-year collaborations with AD100 interior designers Thomas O'Brien and Victoria Hagan. He later directed interior projects for Ralph Lauren Home. Its interpretation of the American West, restrained, layered, and deeply rooted in place, still informs how he approaches design today.
He studied interior architecture and design at UCLA and is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers.
Today, John works closely with architects, builders, and craftspeople to create homes where architecture and interiors are considered as one from the beginning. Every decision, from the first architectural finish to the final object placed within a room, is made in service of a home that feels enduring and deeply connected to its surroundings.
